Coastal Transport is currently recruiting for 4th Class or higher Marine Engineers for relief work on the Grand Manan service.

Duties for position:

Under the direction of the Chief Engineer, you will perform duties and responsibilities typically associated with a Marine 2nd Engineer. You will be under the direction of the Chief and Captain. These positions are ideal for Marine Engineers who work shift work and are looking for extra employment on their time off. Shifts are typically 16 hours and can run from 1 to 7 days at a time. Meals and lodging are provided. Please note that these positions are based out of Blacks Harbour and Grand Manan Island, NB. Travel per diem is provided based on your location.
