POSITIONS for RECRUITMENT:
2nd Engineer
MANDATORY TRAINING & REQUIREMENTS:
Transport Canada COC - Specific to Position
Valid STCW'95 Safety Training
DP Induction Certificate (minimum)
Marine First Aid (within 3 years)
WHMIS
Valid Canadian Passport or Canadian PR Status
Transport Canada Seafarer's Medical
Transport Canada Seaman's Book
Proficiency in Maritime Quality Safety Management System (MQSMS) and HSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment) system.
Must hold license for chief engineer’s position.
Proficiency in maintenance of the compressors LMF 78sT/138‐207‐E50.
Proficiency in maintenance, monitoring of the Wartsila engines.
Proficiency in maintenance of the Vestdavit retractable utility boat davit TDB-12001, TDB-3606.
Proficiency in maintenance of the Hi-Fog fire fighting system.
Proficiency in use of PMS TMmaster system.
Must be willing to undergo industry required medical & drug assessments
Must be willing to work 6 weeks on/off rotation
